As always, Bach’s does not disappoint, especially if you want healthy succulents, cacti of many kinds (including mature Golden Barrels), and a wide array of Talevera pots, bugs, cats, coyotes and lizards. Bach’s also sells large pieces of petrified wood … which — due to its weight and mass — they will arrange to be delivered to your house. They even have pre-planted cacti and succulents of various kinds already nicely situated in one of their beautiful pots — ready for your patio or doorstep.

And the best part is that Bach’s prices are less than almost all other independent nurseries.

This was a large nursery with many different types of cacti. Common and small cacti were reasonably priced, but some of the rarer and larger cacti were a little expensive. In addition, none of the many plants in the greenhouse had prices listed on the pots. You had to go to the cash register to find out the price. They have a private collection of large, healthy, and rare cacti that are not for sale but are cool to look at.

I absolutely love this place!! I found this place several months ago and was so surprised at what a variety of cacti they have. They also have a large variety of Talavera pots and birdbaths at very affordable prices. Some of the rare and large cacti are very expensive or not for sale but a pleasure to see them at full growth.

The staff is Always friendly and helpful. They will even pot your cactus in a pot of your choice and give all the advice and directions on how to care for them at home. I love it there and happy they’re so close to where i live.

I LOVE this nursery, I have purchased cactus there for 30 years. They even know my cactus by name! Herman, a 35 year old Notocactus leninghausii and Victoria my 24 inch diameter Agavae victoriae-regine. Unfortunately, after 16 years and having to move it 3 times, Victoria is producing a flower. But hopefully she will be successfully propagated. Their photos are at the end of a great album of blooming trichos. Which I guess I can't post!

My friend and I visited during last year's hot and muggy monsoon season. Not the greatest weather to hang outside in, but, we were so absorbed in the looking at the massive variety of plants we never even heard of, we hung out, learned about the plants and, finally, after almost 2 hours, we made selections and left. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone - beginners and experts alike! We learned quite a bit from the very knowledgeable ladies who were working that day! Incredible nursery!
